By signing up for or using Teravor Monitor ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
The Service
Teravor runs external uptime and synthetic checks against endpoints you configure, delivers alerts to channels you configure, and publishes status pages you configure. We operate on a best-effort basis; see the SLA below for specifics.
Acceptable use
You may not use Teravor to:
- Monitor endpoints you don't own or don't have permission to monitor.
- Flood a third-party endpoint you don't control.
- Circumvent another service's rate limits, TOS, or access controls.
- Probe or scan infrastructure you do not operate.
- Run checks whose pattern or frequency would be abusive.
For checks against raw IPs you don't own a domain for, we require ownership verification (DNS TXT record or a well-known file). We enforce per-target rate limits across the entire customer base.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Whop. Annual plans are 10× the monthly price (2 months free).
- Overage: if you enable overage billing and exceed your plan's monitor limit, you pay $0.15 per additional monitor per month, reported at the end of the cycle.
- Refunds: within 14 days of payment, for any reason. Email us.
- Price changes require 30 days' notice and never affect an in-progress billing period.
Your data
You own your monitor configuration, check results, and content you publish to status pages. We own the software. You grant us the license required to run the checks you request.
Service level
We target 99.9% platform uptime, measured monthly. We publish our own status page (dogfood) at /status. During incidents affecting check accuracy we credit the affected portion of your bill on request; this is a best-effort commitment, not a contractual SLA, until we reach our Business tier maturity.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. We can terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use clause, don't pay, or that threaten the stability of the platform. On termination we delete your data within 30 days (retaining only what tax law requires).
Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect damages.
Changes
We'll notify you by email of material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state where Teravor is registered. Disputes go first to negotiation, then to the courts of that jurisdiction.
